I was wrongly fired from work for sexual harassment. What can I do?

Keep in mind, I am not a lawyer and I am not a complete expert on law in the workplace. However, in order to make a case for yourself, it seems like you will need some witnesses and documentation. Document the process the company used to terminate you. I am unsure as to the rights of the employer. They may be able to terminate without reason.

With that said, I am directing you to a couple of websites to browse. Also, you may find it wise to correspond with a lawyer about a possible lawsuit.

First you must have a journal or chronology of events that led to the dismissal. Most employers are now "At Will" which means they can fire you for any (or no) reason. If you have a case for sexual harrassment, you can file a claim with the National Labor Relations Board - who will look into the allegations. Unfortunately, this is very hard to prove unless you have witnesses who will testify, or good documentation to back it up. Best wishes.

This is what I've always thought. A lot of employers say you can quit for no reason and they can terminate you for no reason. It's tough. Thanks for the info.
