Benny the Bull vs. the Oral Surgeon

Who do you think is at fault? Benny? The surgeon? Both? How should this case be handled?

If the guy didn't stay the rest of the game, he might have a better case against Anderson (Benny). It's also pretty crappy to sue somebody who probably makes way, way less than you. My guess is the Bulls are just going to settle this with a decent amount of cash.
