What happens if a drug test is taken at my job and I lose 2 days of work waiting for results. Is it their responsiblity to pay me when it comes back negative?

Yes. I believe the company is liable to pay you for time lost due to their policy. It is the same for paid leave for women due to pregnancy. They are not liable to pay for a certain amount of time, but they should be liable to pay for two days.
